Another haul!!!

Yes, today i went to superdrug and let myself go wild, (within limits) . So here is a little review on each product! I got 4 face products, 2 eye products and 2 lip products.

Loreal Studio Secrets Anti Redness Primer:

The anti redness primer is the green one. You get 20ml for £9.99. Mine was £2 off though, :D!
This has a good thick texture but doesn't leave your face green like other green correctors! Phew! No alien for me!

RRP: £9.99

Me Me Me Flawless concealer:

Finally a concealer that matches my skin tone! This concealer is made to cover dark under eye circles which it does good at but if you want to put this on a blemish then your wasting your time! I guess you can't have the best of both worlds!

RRP: £4.99

Maybelline Mineral Power Powder Foundation:

I have wanted to try mineral makeup for a while, it was between this or the loreal bare natural, which at the moment both cost £9.99. I was going to get the loreal one but the lightest shade was too yellow! I got this in c2 Rose ivory ( the lightest shade). It comes with a small kabuki which is a little rough but it's ok. This a light coverage foundation, in lose powder form.

RRP: £9.99

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil Free Moisturizer :

This is a light weight moisturizer which also helps to even out skin tone. You get 50ml in a squeeze tube. I wanted something similar to the the Garnier Pure active Moisturizer but without the Salicylic Acid, which burns my skin, but is a great moisturizer. I have only used a tiny bit so i cannot give you a full review but i will try too soon.

RRP: £3.75

Gosh Velvet Touch Waterproof eyeliner pencil in Metallic Brass:

Everyone MUST try one of these. They are AMAZING!!!! Don't let the price foul you! They aren't 100% waterproof but they are the longest lasting eyeliners i have ever tried! You don't have to set them with shadows or anything.! Metallic brass is a browny color, i also have black ink in my collection which is just a jet black! Also they come in about 27 colors!!!!
RRP: £5 each!

Loreal Lash Architect Carbon Gloss Waterproof Mascara:

This mascara is amazing another 5 star mascara! It gives you fake lash looking lashes without looking like your wearing mascara! I know crazy! ( hopefully will get picture up soon). Loreal really do make the best mascaras!!!

RRP: £9.99

Barry M Lip Paint Peachy Pink:

Not a lot i can say about this lipstick, i have to try it more. But like all Barry m lip Paints you get a lot of product for your money and they have great colors to choose from!

RRP: £4.25

Barry M Lip Lacquer Crayon in Ballet Pink:

This might look like every girls dream but it's far from it!!!!! It has a horrible blue reflect running through it! Also blue glitter! It looks sooooooooo horrible!!!! I wish i had tried it in superdrug! If the others are like this no one will buy them! I herd of blue undertones but this is too far! Don't waste your time!!!!!

RRP: £4.95

Next time i hope to get:
a) more gosh products!!!
b) Eyeko 3 in 1 cream ( because i forgot today!)

Hopefully some pictures soon. Especially of that yucky lip crayon! Don't buy it! Please!!!

Great news!! I broke my record! Clear skin!

In case you are wondering what on earth i have been going on about, i didn't wear foundation today! What is that it?
I have been wearing foundation for every day for more than 2 years! I wore it to hide my acne/blemishes. And i mentioned i was on tablets for my acne, i woke up today and was skin was so much better i didn't need to wear foundation to school today. Even though my acne and blemish have not gone completely, they have gone enough!
I have been using hri clear complexion tablets for about a month, i have 1 tablet 2 times a day.

I totally recommend these tablets for acne prone / blemish prone skin.

My NEW love!!! Falsies Mascara!!

I went to superdrug today and i saw Maybelline had created a new mascara. The mascara is part of the volume express range ( the colossal, volume turbo etc..). As you can see the packaging is a lot like the colossal except it's in purple and blue tube and not yellow and purple tube.
I think the packaging is a lot prettier but then it's not about the packaging is it?

THE CLAIM:

Maybelline claim that this mascara gives your lashes a false lash look, applying lots of volume!! What a claim! Similar to the colossal.

THE MASCARA:

I have never tried the colossal so i cannot give you a comparison. However I have got to say this mascara is amazing! It doesn't live up to the claim 100% but good enough!
It has a curved brush, if you have ever seen the Rimmel glam eyes brush it's like that it has longer bristles on the top and bottom, and shorter bristles on the left and right. Another great thing is that unlike the Rimmel this brush is made from the normal mascara brush material not plastic!

This mascara is for volume! But it does add a nice amount of length to your lashes, and of course a lot of volume. If you have read my mascara review post, you will see that my favorite mascara is the Loreal telescopic in waterproof, eventhough this is not yet waterproof ( i'm sure it will be) i have got to say it compares amazingly. I think this new mascara draws at 1st place with the telescopic!

And at a whole £2 cheaper maybe it's better.
This mascara costs £7.99. A raw bargin!
5 stars for this beauty!

I hope to get up some pics soon!

Mascara Reviews!!!

I have been using mascara for years now, i have had good ones and omg why did i buy this one!! Here are a few of my favorites and the ones i cannot stand!
The BESTS!!!!!
1. Loreal Telescopic Mascara Waterproof:
I am a massive fan of big long, thick false lash looking lashes, (who isn't?). I have got to say this mascara lives up too that! It has a plastic comb, and the packaging looks like a telescope. You can apply a little bit of this mascara and get long semi thick lashes. Or you could build this up and get amazing falsie look! This mascara ticks all the right boxes!!
COST: £9.99 i think?
5 stars out of 5

2. Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara:
This had to be second, the volume this gives is amazing! the length is alright, not as lengthening as the telescopic. But it's still a great product! However there is a downside this only comes in two colors carbon black and black. I love waterproof, it holds the curl better in my opinion. Please Loreal make this waterproof!

COST: £7.99 4.5 stars out of 5

3. Max factor False lash effect cost £10.99. 4 stars out of 5.
4. Loreal Volume Collagen Plus cost £9.99. 4 stars out of 5
5. Loreal Double extension mascara £9.99. 3.5 stars out of 5.

If you would like a review on any of these mascaras please ask.

The BAD!!:

1. Collection 2000 magi- length mascara:
This has a horrible thin brush, the formula seems thin but omg does this clump!!!! It's a nightmare in a tube!!! Don't waste your time or money please!!!
Costs £5.99. Minus 1 star!!!! 2. Rimmel Sexy Curves:
After hearing so many good things about this i decided to give it a go. I wish i never bothered! It goes on really clumpy and stick, also it takes forever to dry!!! What is wrong with the brush, it is the most useless brush ever!
Don't try it!
Costs £ 7.99
3. Rimmel lash maxx. Cost £5.99. 1 star!

If you have going to buy a mascara i recommend Loreal ones. The are super long lasting and very good quality. You get what you pay for! I hope this was helpful! :D

Hopefully I'll do a haul soon sorry I'm soo slow! I have exams at the moment!

Omg i got to clear my skin! Ft. hri clear complexion tablets

As i am a teenager i do suffer from acne and blemishes, i have had spots since i was 10, I'm 14 now and they still haven't left me alone. At school i get picked on because of my skin, i have tried covering my blemishes with concealer and foundation but after a few hours my blemishes still seem to shine through!

I thought i should let you know, i did a bit of a haul on Saturday, in my hall i picked up some tablets which are supposed to help your skin.
Hri clear complexion Tablets:

Comes in a glass bottle, i think they cost £3.45 for 50 tablets. As i am a teenager i am suppose to take 1 tablet 2 times a day. ( the hard thing is remembering to take them!)
As i have only been using them for a few days i cannot give you a full review but....
I must say i have already noticed a difference. My blemishes and spots used to be bright red!!!! Since taking thee tablets they have turned to more of a light pink!!!!!

Already i have started to recommend this product!

I will be doing a full review soon :D, clear skin here i come!!

Max Factor Second Skin Foundation Review

This foundation cost around £13.99. Which is a pretty expensive drugstore foundation. And i must say it is lovely. It sits nicely on the skin and it has great coverage. I got it in the lightest shade, creamy ivory, which is still tooo dark for me. It has a good lasting power.

But there is one really big down side to this product, and that it has broken me out sooo badly. Yesterday i wore it for 4 hours and i got 4 new spots. Like i don't have enough trouble!!!

So it sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 star because it's a lovely product but it broke me out!!!

Elf Studio Bronzers Review

When these first came out i was so excited i had to give them a try, but i had to wait for my pocket money first!, by the time this happened, they had got a new shade. I must have spent half an hour trying to work out which one i was going to get. As i have really pale skin, i decided to get two, one in golden ( the lightest shade), and one in cool ( a more pinkie shade).

Here is a picture of the golden bronzer, unlike the photo this bronzer has a soft shimmer. It look beautiful on my pale skin, it just adds a little bit of color with out making me look orangery or dirty.! The formulation is lovely, it doesn't go everywhere when you put your brush in. I must say i am totally addicted to this product!!!! I cannot stop using it!!! 5 stars!!!!

Now for the cool bronze. This is rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is soooo powdery, And it look too harsh on my fair skin. I don't recommended this to anyone, it's way to powdery!!! Minus 1 stars!!!

They both cost £3.50 each...
Now i really want to try the warm bronzer, it's got the same formulation as the golden bronzer just darker, Woup Gotta Try it!!! lolxxx
Thanks
